You can reset password by your own in Output Books. Let us see the steps for both On premises & Web(Hosting server) version.
Local Host – On Premises Server
If you are using Output Books On Premises offline version, you can reset the password by following the below steps:
- Open Output Books Server in your system.
- Click on the Settings present there. You will find a pop-up appearing.
- Click on the Reset Password tab.
- Provide your email & new password there & click Ok.
That’s it. You can use the same details & login now.
Web app – Hosting Server
If you have installed Output Books in your hosting server(online) & wants to reset your password, please follow the below:
- In your Output Books online login, click on the Forgot Password link.
- The password reset link will be sent to your email ID which you have configured in SMTP settings.
